Roomed with another redhead

she let out a little sigh, "thank you." she whispered

He gave her a little smile.
He wondered what it could have been she had told them. But it didn't seem like something she'd gladly talk about.

she closed her eyes. All of her painful memories, and experiences came flooding back to her. Only this time a new painful memory, Eric.

"I'm sorry I brought up painful memories," he said carefully.

"It's ok, I'm fine." Her eyes were still closed. she pushed all of her emotions down. She felt numb, good. Being numb was better that hurting. She opened her eyes and smiled a little. "What about you? What did you do before comming in here?"

"Me? Well, I used to work in my fathers company. It wasn't really that interesting, but everyone kind of expected me to do it. And I felt like I had let them down too much in the past," he said with a sad laugh.
"... so I figured that'd be an easy thing to do, to not let them down again. It's the same thing with my marriage. When I was little my family arranged a marriage between me and Cinderella. You might know her. She's also trapped in here."

"Wait you were married?" She laughed, "For some reason I can't really picture you married."

He laughed by her comment.
"Me neither. I never got used to the thought. Not before we were actually married. Not after."

She smirked a little, "Some people just weren't meant for marriage."

"I guess not. But it might have been a bit easier if it had been with a girl I actually liked... Someone who didn't hate me even before she knew me."

"You hated eachother?" She couldn't imagine marrying someone she hated.

OOC: Sorry I have to go to bed now I have to wake up at 5 a.m. to go to my grandma's house, so I won't really be on tomorrow except for late that night :'( Good night!

"Yeah... We were engaged when we were kids. I guess our parents thought we'd begin to like eachother as the time passed. But they were wrong."

Anya didn't say anything. She was trying to picture herself in an arranged marriage, with someone she didn't love. She hated even the thought

{OOC: THat's mean. I was about to go to bed now xD But I'll stay up a little longer I guess }

"That's just life I guess," he sighed. "Not much to do about it. You just have to live with it."

OOC: No! no go to bed It's ok!!

"Yea..." She said slowly. In her mind she couldn't picture herself with anyone but Eric.

{OOC: I will be on for like half an hour. It takes me some time to get ready for bed anyway }

"Have you ever considered getting married?"

She laughed a little, "No, not really until I met Eric. That's when I start thinking about our future."

He nodded slightly at her reply.
He didn't really want to talk about Eric if it made her sad. So it would probably be best if he just let it drop.

"What about you? Have you considered marrying someone else?" she smiled

"To be honest I don't really care much about marriage. It's not just because my first one was arranged. It just never said me anything."
He looked up at the ceiling.
"But I don't know. I guess it'll depend on the situation."

"Yea, I geuss it depends on the person." she hesitated, "What about Ariel? What kind of future do you see with her?"

"Ariel?" he said and looked at her.
"Well... If we get out of here someday, then it would be quite nice if we could, y'know, just spend our time together."

"Yeah that sounds like a good plan." She grinned at him, "What about kids? Would you ever want kids. I don't think I would."

"I don't think I'm really suited to be a dad."
He laughed.
"We actually thought that Ariel was pregnant a little while back. But luckily it turned out to be the nasty food that made her feel sick."

"Oh well that's good. That you haven't gotten anyone pregnant..." She laughed

(OOC: Poor poor Sinbad he has no idea about the hell that is going to happen...you should have kept it in your pants!

"Yeah, that would be quite a mess," he laughed. "Especially in here."
Then he got a tad serious.
"I really feel sorry for anyone who gets pregnant in here..."
- ... anyone? Yes, even her.
His thoughts crossed Cinderella for a short moment, but he shook his head to get rid of them.

{OOC: I guess it'll depend on whether or not Sinbad will admit to her that he actually feels sorry for her xD It's hard enough just to admit it for himself.
And yes, I just woke up. I have an appointment with my hairdresser 10 o'clock. So I had to get up early for once

"Yes, I feel bad too. It would be horrible." She glanced down.

She looked at him out of the corner of her eye. Exactly how many girls has he had sex with? "So...what else do you want to talk about?"

( OOC: sorry for not answering earlier. The day has been busy, and whenever I tried to get online something got in the way. )

"Hmm, maybe something a bit more cheerful?" he suggested.

She laughed, she could honestly not think of a single thing. "Like what?"

"Like a happy memory, maybe. Or something that can just make you happy, just by thinking about it. Do you have any such things."

She scooted farther back on the bed so her back was touching the wall. She thought for a moment. Normally she would say Eric, but considering just thinking about him makes her hurt, she decided against it. "Well back when I lived at the orphanage we were allowed to play outside." she smiled a little, "I would go into this feild full of wild flowers and I would sit under a huge tree. That's where I tought myself how to read. That was the only place I ever felt...safe."

Sinbad listened to her story and smiled at her.
"Nature is nice. I used to love climbing in trees..."
His smile disappeared for a moment as he looked down.
"... but I stopped it many years ago."
He faked a cheerful smile and looked at her.
"So, you love reading?"

She noticed his change of reaction. She wanted to ask him what made him stop, but it was obvious he didn't want to talk about it. "Err, yes! I like to read when I have the time, it's just my schedule didn't really give me much time to do it."

"It's a shame that you didn't have much time to do things you enjoy."
He looked around in the room.
"And now there's lots of time, but not much to do," he sighed.
"How do you usually kill the time while being here?"

She shrugged, "Talk, or play with the things the villain gives you." She stood up and walked accross the room picking up the knife. She smiled slightly, "Or you know we could have sex again." she said teasingly

"I don't really feel comfortable having sex with women who are holding a knife," he said jokingly. Right now Ariel was too clear in his memory. He just couldn't. Why did he even think about it, when he knew she wasn't serious about it. That was stupid.
"But maybe a game could be fun."

"Ok what sort of game do you want to play?" She waved the knife a little

"You seem quite fond of that knife. Maybe we could do something with that."

"Well I have good aim." She smirked a little, "Why don't you stand at the wall. I promise I won't hit you."

"Uhm... really?" he said a bit nervous. He wasn't sure if he could really trust her on that. And even if she really did have a good aim, she could miss.
He slowly walked over to the wall. On the way he noticed a roll of duct-tape. He picked it up and ripped a piece off. Then he put it on the wall formed as a circle.
"Could I maybe see you hit that spot first," he said as he pointed at the circle.

( OOC: I will head to bed now. I won't be on during the day tomorrow because of work. But I should be able to get online in the evening. )

"What you don't trust me?" She smirked. When he didn't answer she sighed, "Fine." She quickly backed up, taking the knife by the blade. She stretched back and threw, it hit dead center. She turned towards him and grinned.

(OOC: Ok good night!!)

Sinbad looked surprised at the knife.
"That was pretty impressive."
He walked over and pulled the knife out of the wall.
"Okay, then let's do it," he said as he handed her the knife.
Then he placed himself against the wall.
"But remember..... you are supposed not to hit me," he said jokingly.

"Right." she said laugheing, she took the knife by the blade. She suddenly became serious, "Don't move." She muttered she extended her arm back and threw the knife by the blade. It landed solidly in the wall half an inch from sinbad's head. She smiled a little, "Well look at that! I didn't impale you!" she laughed again.

Sinbad took a deep breath and closed his eyes. If he had his eyes open, he was certain he'd move when she threw the knife. Not because he wanted to move, but as a reflex.
When he heard the knife hit the wall, he opened his eyes. It was so close. Her aim was really good.
"Where have you learned to do that?" he asked impressed.

"Ohh well, Proteus my old boyfriend used to be really good with knives. He thought it would be wise to teach me how to throw them," She stopped for a minute. She just talked a bout Proteus and she felt...nothing. No pain, no hurt, no regret, nothing! She started to laugh

"You are really talented."
He pulled the knife out of the wall.
"So do you often throw them after people?" he joked.
