Ariel woke up, Sinbad was still asleep next to her

she noticed a black folder next to her, it was blank, it had nothing on it, but in it there were pieces of paper. She opened it with her fingers, seeing this...

Her fingers ran over each page, she didn't understand, why was she given this. What was it for?

"What is this?" she questioned

She didn't know half of the people in the folder, she didn't understand

Ariel went back and read the folder again

"Kida" Ariel whispered

"Oh my god, my dear Kida, what have I done?" Ariel sobbed

She started banging on the walls screaming

"KIDA WHERE ARE YOU?" Ariel screamed

Sinbad had been fast asleep, but Ariel's scream woke him up.
He was still half asleep as he sat up.
"What's going on, Ariel?" he asked in a sleepy but confused voice, while he waited for his vision to become clear.

"I..I don't know"

"I just woke up and this folder was there. Here take a look"

Ariel handed Sinbad the folder

He took the folder and looked at it. His vision was still a bit blurry from the sleep, so he rubbed his eyes to see it clearly.
He quickle looked through the folder., just looking at the pictures. There were quite many people he had met in here.

"Hm... Do you think this could be pictures of all the people he has kidnapped?"

He started over again, this time reading what was on the pages. There was nothing but the persons name and.... sin?
Could this be why they were here? Because they had sinned?

"It must be"

Ariel started to worry

"What does it mean by sin though? What have these people done?"

He looked up from the folder, and looked at Ariel.
"I'm not sure."
He he turned his head down again, and ran through more pages.
"But my guess is that the 'sin' is what made the Villain kindap us. To punish us or something."
He looked at Eric's page, turned and stopped at Aurora's.
"There seems to be quite a few who has killed someone."
He turned the page again. So Odette was a prositute? He wouldn't have guessed that. Then that was probably also why Meg was here.
Then he turned the page, and looked at Chel's page.
"Betrayal..." he whispered. Could that have been because of what happened between her, Aurora and Tulio? What was going on in the Villains mind?

"What about me Sinbad? What does it say about me. I couldn't bare to read the page"

"I'll try to find you," he said as he turned a few more pages.
Then he read it out loud.
"Ariel... Sin, betrayal and lust."

"Betrayal?"

Ariel suddenly realized what had happened

she back up and bashed into the wall

"Kida.." she whispered to herself

"Listen Sinbad, I have to...have to....go in here for a while" Ariel said quickly going into the bathroom

she sat on the floor and cried, quietly. She held her head in her hands.

"Sinbad...I can't do this anymore"

a razor lay on the sink, Ariel looked at it and picked it up. The sharp edges of the blades

He looked surprised at her, when she walked to the bathroom.
"... If you need some time alone... then go ahead," he said as he looked in her direction, watched the door closing behind her.

A voice in his head started laughing.
- Stop that, he thought to himself.
I'm sorry, but I can't help myself. You hurt people whether you like it or not.
- I said stop it.
You actually thought you had something special going on this time. That you loved her... No.. I forgot... You don't really use that word anymore.
- What does it matter anyway? Leave me alone.

To get the voice out of his head, he continued to read through the folder.

Ariel had the razor in her hand, she took it apart and had one of the blades. She held it with her fingers. She started scratching lines into her arm. So Sinbad couldn't see.

"I think we should just be friends Sinbad"

Ariel's tears fell into her cuts

"I'm sorry. I still love Kida. I can't keep betraying her like this, its not fair"

Ariel suddenly shouted out in pain, she had cut too deep, blood falling on the floor, she wiped it up with towel and left the bathroom.

She looked at Sinbad

"I'm sorry"

He sat and listened to what she said from the bathroom. He didn't say anything. Just thought about what she said. Nodded to himself while looking at the folder, as if he understood what she said. Even if she couldn't see him.


When he heard her scream, he looked up from the folder. He got on his legs as she came out of the bathroom. He starred at her for a while. She couldn't have... Not again...
"What were you doing in there?" he asked in a low voice. Even if he was pretty sure he knew it already.

"I was masturbating."

Ariel acted as serious as possible, her sleeves covered the cuts.

"I was serious about what I said by the way. Well I don't know. I don't think Kida loves me anymore. And I don't know if you love me"

Ariel sat on the floor

"I just don't know what to do. I want to stay with you, but I also want to say I want to be with Kida and say sorry to her"

"Mhm," he said and nodded. But it was clear that he didn't believe what she said.
He looked in the ground for a little while. Then he sighed and walked towards the place he had left the folder.
"Well, it's your decision," he said as he walked. "If you need time to think it through..." he said as he sat down. "... then take your time."
He looked over at her.
"But do it in here this time... 'kay?"
- ... so I can make sure you don't 'masturbate' again, as you call it.

Sinbad observed Ariel for a little while. Then he looked down at the folder, and started looking though it. He mostly looked at Ariel's page, then Kida's, then back to Ariel. He kept doing that for a while.

He put the folder down, stood up and walked over to the the in opposite direction. He scratched the wall with his foot. He felt so restless.

"Sinbad what is wrong?" Ariel asked

she stood up at looked at Sinbad, her arm hurt, but she didn't care

"Well..." he started as he faced her. But then he changed his mind. Maybe this was for the best. She would probably be a lot happier that way. And so would Kida.
What had he been thinking anyway?
He faced the wall again.
"It's nothing, really. I'm just a bit bored," he said with no emotions in his voice.
Then he started scratching the wall again.

"But...I want to be with you Sinbad" Ariel whispered, just enough so he could hear her slightly

"Kida doesn't love me anymore, its clear she doesn't. She won't take me back after all this Sinbad, its not even worth trying anymore"

Ariel sat on the floor again


"I mean who would want a girl like me? I betrayed her, I lied. I thought that maybe once I could have a perfect relationship, but then she had sex with you. She hurt me, I thought she didn't love me, didn't care. I couldn't stand it. I wanted to get back at her, so I tried, with you, then it got serious. But....us, we have a special relationship. We have something different, not like Meg or Cindy or any of those other girls. Different. And knowing that know, I don't think I can ever go back to Kida, she doesn't love me, even though I do still love her and care about her. She will never take me back, even if I did try. So what is the point in trying"

He turned around again and looked at her.
"Well, she did the exact same thing to you as you did to her. So she can't really blame you for that, can she?" he said in a low, calm voice.
- And from what I remember from the basement, I'm pretty sure Kida's feelings haven't changed," he thought to himself.

"But this special relationship you say that we have," he said as his voice started shaking slightly. "What if it doesn't exist? What if it's just something we are imagining?" His voice got a desperate undertone.
"I mean, seriously, who could ever be happy in this hell hole?"

Ariel stood up and backed away

"Sinbad you're scaring me"

she backed up more

"Why don't you just see her then? That might make you happy might it" Ariel shouted

Ariel felt herself getting angry

"I don't fucking know how anyone can be fucking happy in this place Sinbad to be fucking honest with you." she shouted again


"You clearly aren't happy with anything, you're a fucking bastard, who just ruins people's relationships. People are dying down here Sinbad. What if I am next huh? What if I died? Then you would be all alone, on your own. With no one"

(OOC: I find it ironic that Ariel thinks that Kida doesn't love her and won't take her back while Kida's thinking the exact same thing about Ariel)

"Sorry for ruining your relationship," he shouted back.
"And sorry that I'm not happy. What do you want me to do about it? It's not like I can change how I feel."
He slid down the wall and sat on the floor.
"And stop talking about the possibiliy of you dying down here. I can't stand listening to it," he shouted. "I don't want to even think those thoughts."

"MAYBE FOR ONCE IN YOUR FUCKING LIFE SINBAD"

Ariel shouted


"TRY AND FIND SOMEONE WHO IS WORTH BEING WITH, INSTEAD OF SLEEP WITH ALL THESE WOMAN, TRYING TO ACT LIKE A PLAYER. WHICH YOU AREN'T. YOU TRY TOO HARD"

Ariel stopped shouting for a moment

"I love Kida, Sinbad. I want to be with her. It's over Sinbad, it clearly means nothing to you, find someone else to have sex with, or in fact just realise how much being with someone special feels for once. You only need one woman to be happy. Think about it"

Ariel walked into the bathroom and slammed the door shut

"Please, get me out of here. Take me too her, please villain please" Ariel whispered to herself holding the picture of Kida, which she had stole from the folder

"For a moment I actually thought I had found that special someone," he shouted. "But what's the point, if it goes wrong anyway? What's the point in even trying."
He stood up again and walked towards the folder.
"Just go away and be happy with Kida. Why would that bother me? Why should I care?" he shouted towards the door.
As he reached the folder, he kicked it away.
"You can just be happy with her," he shouted as he watched the folder flying through the air.
"Apparently it means nothing to me," he sobbed to himself.

Ariel opened the door of the bathroom and walked out, she picked up the pieces of the folder.

"Sinbad. I...I'm sorry"

Ariel just stood there, and burst into tears. Full on tears, she couldn't breath.

"Sinbad, I'm so sorry. I never wanted this to happen. Please"

Ariel fell to her knees, crying even more

When he heard the bathrrom door open, he quickly swifted away the tears in his eyes.
He turned around and looked at her. Watched her cry.
You did it again.
For once he actually agreed with the voice in his head. He'd made her cry once again.
He walked over and sat down beside her.
"I'm... sorry. I didn't mean to make you cry. I..." he said in a low voice.

"No its not your fault. I shouldn't be doing this. Its not fair on you or Kida. Being with two people. That's wrong for everyone"

Ariel started crying again. She put her head in her hands. Makeup all down her face


"Don't look at me, I look disgusting and horrible" Ariel turned her face away

Sinbad moved his hand to her cheek and made her face him.
"That's not true. Sure, a smile suits you a lot better, but it's not that bad," he said as he tried to take some of the running make up away with his finger.
"Though I just made it look a lot worse... Sorry."
He removed his finger from her cheek.
Sinbad sighed lightly.
"What a mess, huh?" he whispered.

"Yeah" Ariel said wiping her tears away

"I am sorry Sinbad, sorry for shouting at you and everything. I don't normally act like that to people. Do you actually want to be with me Sinbad?"

Ariel didn't want to ask, she was scared. She sucked her thumb like a three year old would.

- Of course I want to be with you, was his first thought.
But if he said that, wouldn't it just make it all the more complicated? Wouldn't it be better if he just let her go, instead of dragging her down with him?

And now that he had thought about it, what if there really wasn't anything special about there relationship? He hadn't thought about it until he had shouted it out loud a little earlier. Maybe he only felt this way, because he was with her now. Maybe that'd change if they were seperated.
But then again... he hadn't felt like this with any of the others. He hadn't wanted to really stay with any of them. At least not in this way. Didn't that make this more special somehow?

- Okay, this is complicated anyway. It's not like it can get much worse anyway, he finally thought to himself.

"Mhm... I do."

Ariel sighed

"See, you didn't say it like you meant it. You clearly don't Sinbad, you can say. I don't mind"

"I want to be with you, Ariel. I really do. But..."
He turned his head and looked at the ground.
"... I just feel that... you'd be so much happier with Kida," he whispered.

"But she doesn't love me anymore, she clearly doesn't. I love you both. But I might never see her again. And if I don't what is the point. She might find someone else or not love me which she doesn't."


Ariel sighed

"It doesn't even matter anymore. She is gone"

"What if you never saw me again?" he said and looked at her with a worried expression.

Ariel paused

what if she was put back with Kida, she would never see Sinbad again. She loved him

"I would kill to try and get back to you. I would try and get back. I would promise myself to you. My body, my everything. I wouldn't do anything until I found you again"

"Y'know, I'm sorry for what I said earlier. About our relationship not being special. I'm just getting nuts from this place. But it is special. It is special to me."
He looked at her again.
"I know I've been with other women in here..."
- Why the fuck am I bringing that up again.
"... But with you... it was different."

"Different?" Ariel questioned

"How was or is it different?" Ariel said shriving, she was cold.

He sighed.
"It's hard to describe. It just felt... right, somehow."

"Better than the other girls?"

Ariel smiled slightly, she looked at Sinbad

"Definitely better," he said with a little smile.
He moved a little closer to her, and as his skin touched her he noticed how cold it was.
"Ariel, are you freezing?" he asked concerned.

Ariel's teeth chattered slightly

"Yes I am" Ariel smiled

"No one has ever said I am better than any other girl they have been with"

Sinbad put his arms around her to warm her up.
"That's strange... 'cause I think you are wonderful," he said as he squeezed her lightly.
He loosened a bit as he remembered her rib.
"How's your rib doing? Is it getting better?"

"My rib?"

Ariel looked down

"It doesn't hurt anymore. I didn't even remember I had broken my rib."

Ariel giggled and snuggled into Sinbad more

"How is your wrist?" she asked, stroking it lightly

{OOC: Please correct me if that isn't what Sinbad broke or hurt, I can't actually remember. Oops}

"That's great," he said and gave her a tight hug. No rib to worry about anymore. That was perfect.

"It hasn't hurting for a while. And the swelling disappeared a few days ago."

{OOC: It was his elbow (I think xD) I just remember it was something on his arm.}

"Well ok. The basment, god. That was a while ago. I wonder what is going on down there now"

She snuggled into Sinbad

"Tell me a story Sinbad. Please"
