John sighed frustrated. For crying out loud, it was just sex. Nothing more. Why on earth did she have to make such a huge deal out of it? And second, she made it so obvious that she wanted him. He was tempted to yell at her to make up her mind, but he wouldn't.
"As you wish," he said and shrugged before stepping out into the hallway, starting to close the door.

Pocahontas put her hand on the stomach, feeling herself wince in pain as she had forced to much strength in keeping the door opened. She looked at John, "That doesn't mean..I want you to leave.."

"So what do you want with me then, if not sex?" he asked, honestly curious, leaning against the doorframe again.

"To be your friend." She said, softly, looking at him.

He couldn't help but laugh out loud. He couldn't remember the last time he had laughed like this.
"Riiiight," he said mockingly before attempting to leave again.

"Why do you think I'm lying?" She said, her face getting serious, "I'm serious.."

"Okii then," he said smiling mockingly. She was either trying to pull of some weird joke, or the stupidest, craziest person he had ever had the pleasure of meeting. Then again, wasn't that why he secretly liked her a little bit?

"I'm really serious John, I want to be your friend.." She said, "And it's not some joke, I promise.."

"You must have fallen and hit your head pretty badly in the garden then," he said and laughed.
He had never had a friend. Never needed one. Never wanted one. And he wasn't going to start making friends now.

Pocahontas looked at him, "No.." She said, "I thought getting stabbed for you..would've made you realize how much I care for you John.."

His face turned serious for once. How to make her understand?
"Then let me give you a little piece of advice," he said flatly, but made sure she realized the importance in his words by the way he held her eyes.
"Don't."
By that he backed out and shut the door before she even had the chance to react.

Pocahontas stopped, watching him close the door in her face. She stood there, before kicking the door. She sat down on the floor.
