Well that's one way to go. But think about it from a different angle: Phoebus fraped Meg (villain saved her. why? maybe he likes meg? ^^) so villain is mad at phoebus, and as soon as he turns good, he will not care of his innocence and kill him to revenge the pain he caused to meg xD Then again nobody knows villains game yet, so he might twist the story XD
