Branding Day

The villain was standing in the middle of the basement, lit up by only a small candle light on the table next to him. Also on the table was 5 branding iron tools marked VP, F, NS, PS and W. In front of him was a cue of people he had partly paralyzed and walked to the room himself. He knew they could all see and hear him. He knew they were all fully conscious, but he knew they could not do anything but talk. The paralyzing effect made it impossible for them to run or even jump, let alone fight him. All they could do was struggle to walk forward and keep themselves on their feet. First in line was Ariel, followed by Dimitri, then Sinbad, Jasmine, Pocahontas, Anya, Rapunzel, Megara, Eric, Snow White, Cinderella, Naveen, Anastasia, Thumbelina, Wendy, Odette, Aurora, Jane, Esmeralda, Cody, Aladdin and at last Lilo.
He tugged the shirt of Ariel to make her come forward, standing in front of him. He looked at her for a while, doing nothing but evaluating her. What mark would he give her?

[OOC: BTW, as I said in the task section, they all got a note about this the day before, so they all know what is coming. They also know what brandings are good at which ones are bad. Just as a quick reminder ^^]

She did nothing but look down until he violently grabbed her hand and one of the branding iron tools and marked her PS.
When he was done, he washed her wound and wrapped a bandage around it to keep it from getting infected. He pushed her towards one of the corners before he looked at the rest of them. Who did he want to be next...?
"Odette," he called. "Can you come over here?"
His voice was nice, but his expression was not. It was clear that if she did not come vulentarily, he would bring her by force.

Odette lifted her head when her name was called. She didn't want to move but knew that one way or another she was going to get branded, just like Ariel.
She swallowed hard and walked slowly towards the villain, trying to mentally prepare herself for the pain that was about to come.

Once she was close enough he grabbed her wrist and pulled her closer.
"Now... you're a bit harder to place... what do I mark you?" he asked her.

Eric's head was going to explode. Simply. Not only the fever made him lose the notions of the reality or not, but in more he made gazed. Brilliant.
Eric opened eyes, but everything was vague. The head weighed so heavy.

Pocahontas watched her roommate go up to get branded, She wanted to stop him but she couldn't if she even tried to run to Odette she would surely fall over. Pocahontas fought to get her eyes to stop getting blurry, "Damn it" She thought to herself. She wanted to scream out loud to stop him but, she couldn't something was stopping her too. Like there was something else she should be focused on but, what? Her friend was about to get branded HOW WAS THAT NOT THE SOMETHING SHE SHOULD BE FOCUSED ON!

[OOC: You aren't disguised in any way are you?? So I would recognise you as 'Jack'. I'll edit my post if i'm wrong..]

Dimitri stood in the queue. He tried to move but everything was hazy, and the slightest movement made his him feel like his head was spinning. He was surrounded by people, in the room he recognised as the basement. One by one they were waiting to be marked.

He looked up at the Villain.. his face, it was familiar. His eyes darkened- yes, he remembered that face from the Dinner Party...
'Jack' he scowled. Everyone had been so stupid trusting him.

He noticed Odette was being brought forward to be marked. He tried to stuggle forward but his feet were unable to move. Frustrated he looked at the people around him.

As soon as he grabbed her, all she wanted to do was run away. But she was too weak to do anything more than stand there and stare at him, she'd never seen the villain before and she wanted to make sure she never forgot his face.

She breathed slowly for a moment before laughing softly, 'I didn't think a big shot like you needed to ask someone what to do .. especially someone like me, what is it .. are you losing your touch? Asking for a lowly prostitute's opinion ..' she said with a smirk.

She knew it wasn't smart to taunt the villain like that but she was sick of being drugged and moved around like this.

[OOC: No, I'm not ^^ Just waiting for Odette to answer now... her marking really depends on her answer xD]

[ OOC: Lol I doubt if she's going to get a good one now then xD ]

Snow White watched in fear as Odette's name was called, she was still dazed from being gassed that morning. So this was their captor? He didn't look like a kidnapper, but judging from everyone else's terrified expressions he wasn't what he looked like. She wondered what the branding tools were for, and gulped as she pictured getting branded the image wasn't pretty. She could feel her knees shake in terror and her vision clouded but she shook her head fiercely she would stay awake

He laughed.
"You got sparks, I like it," he said and smiled slyly.
"Too bad your words are all too true though, you are nothing but a lowlife prostitute."
He tightened his grip around her wrist as he spoke. He turned it over to show her palm as he grabbed another branding iron tool and pressed it tightly against her palm. NS.
He pushed her towards the corner where Ariel stood and looked around.
"Dimitri," he said with a smirk.

Eric felt his head filling with sound and with silence. It was strange. Painful. Still.
-Dimitri.
Dimitri? Eric opened eyes, being anxious to see clearly there more. Dimitri? Dimitri.
Another another game? Or a hallucination?
Dimitri.

Pocahontas's eyes darkened, hearing Odette's scream, "S-stop this.." she tried to scream but it came out as a whimper. Hearing Dimitri's name her eyes widened more, seeing him go up there. She wanted to stop him, "Stop.." as again her words came out as a whimper. Why was she scared!? What was going!? Her head screamed for her but, not her mouth. Pocahontas needed to scream, she didn't want to see the two people who made her feel welcome here get branded. She couldn't move, WHY COULDN'T SHE MOVE! "Damn Villain...drugging me.." She stood there, wanting to lay down she was dizzy as all hell.

All she could do was glare at him as he spoke, biting her lip as he gripped her wrist tighter, anticipating the pain that was about to come.
She wanted to struggle .. to at least try and release his grip as he pressed the branding iron against her palm, but he was too strong. Even if she wasn't drugged, she knew that she still wouldn't have been able to get herself free.
All she could do was scream out as she felt her palm burning, she tried her best to blink back tears but knew they were already starting to stream down her face.
She gasped for breath as he finished and as he pushed her, she fell to the ground only inches away from Ariel.
She lowered her head as she held onto her hand, trying her best to breath through the pain that was still coarsing through her.

He glared at the Villain as his name was called. "Hello 'Jack'," he replied bitterly. "Having fun with your game?" He stumbled over in his direction, looking at the branding instruments behind him.
"Lets get this over with" he sighed, holding out his palm. He looked straight at the Villain as he spoke, unwilling to give him the satisfaction of a reaction. He wouldn't act scared, as he was sure that would be just what he would want.

[ OOC: @Dimitri: High five for posting at the same time xD ]

Snow White watched in dazed horror as Odette was branded, her eyes stung as the smell of burned flesh reached her nose. Odette's scream made Snow White wince as it swam around her head, she wondered what the initials NS stood for.

Cinderella looked around, not really sure what she was seeing. People around her, trying their best to move, the smell of burnt skin.

It made her want to gag... Which she might do shortly.

She looked around again. There was a girl with short black hair, fair skin, very beautiful on one side of her and a dark skinned handsome man on the other side. Behind the man...

"Anastasia?" She whimpered out once she saw her cousin. Tears started forming in her eyes then.

"Anastasia!" She called again, louder this time, trying to walk over to her to hug her.

"He got you too, huh?"

[OOC: Forgot to wash the wound and bandage it, but I mean to do that to everyone, so let's just pretend we did that to Odette xD]

"More fun than ever before," he replied, still grinning. Even if he showed no fear, the pain he was about to feel was inevitable. Knowing how he was about to suffer, made his grin even bigger. He grasped a branding iron tool and pressed it against Dimitri's palm. F.
Even if he was a filthy man, he was still a man of his own heart. He was a lot better than most of the people in here.
He quickly washed it and bandaged it.
"You're welcome," he said and pushed him towards the girls in the corner.

Snow White heard a young woman's voice next to her, she was saying something that sounded like "Anastasia?" Snow White slowly turned to look over and saw a pretty, blonde woman who had one of her hands in a cast. Snow White struggled to pay attention as she said something else, but her mind kept drifting off.

A squalid, violent smell. As if his own head burn. The head burned.
Eric tried to see clearly there. He was hot, and had changed place. Still.
-Bastard..

Pocahontas turned when hearing a soft girl's voice, seeing a girl with short black hair she was beautiful. Pocahontas looked away, wondering when her own turn would be....

"Pocahontas," he called and made her head snap back in her direction.
"You're up."

Pocahontas shivered, walking up to him. Refusing to give him her hand at first but slowly gave it to him. She was shaking a bit, hoping the pain wouldn't be to bad. She looked at the man, "W-why am I here?" She asked.

Cinderella leaned back against the wall when her head started to spin. She looked up and saw how long the line was...

So many people in front of her...

So many people behind her...

All about to get branded...

It will never come off...

Never go away...

She forced back a sob. If only she could do something, but she was useless.

Useless even though she was carrying their captor's baby...

Why did things have to be this way?

She looked at the girl in front of her and gave her a nod. "I'm Cinderella..." She managed to get out.

"Because you're human scum," he said with disgust in his voice before quickly branding her W.
"Nothing but human scum." He cleaned it, bandaged it and pushed her away.
"Snow."

He grimaced at the pain, but grit his teeth and tried not to groan. When it was over he could still smell his own burning flesh, and he winced as he was pushed into the other corner next to Odette.

Eric opened eyes.
Pocahontas.
His jaw opened, but a low sound went out of it. Pocahontas. His Pocahontas? His dragonfly. No... Impossible.. She was stronger. More intelligent. No..
-Pocahontas..

Pocahontas screamed loud at the pain, trying to struggle. When she screamed only one thing came out, "ERIIIC!!!" She fell down when he pushed her away. She sat there on her knees feeling the tears go down her face, holding her wrist, "Eric...help.." she whispered.

Anya listened to the girl scream. Eric? How did she know Eric?

Sinbad observed what was going on around him in silence.
- So this must be all the prisoners.
He looked around. There were many people.
- No, it can't be all of them. Someone's missing. Does he really have more prisoners. Or could they....
He didn't even want to finish that thought.
Instead he tried to focuse on the positive things. At least he now knew that Ariel was at least somewhat okay. But Meg still didn't look good. And being drugged didn't help.
Would the Villain really mark her as well? And Cinderella? It was sick. John was sick. But he knew that already. But it still chocked him from time to time.

"Because you're human scum" he heard from the Villain.
And you're not?' he thought to himself.

He looked at his hand. 'F' was now burnt into his palm... a pernament reminder of this place if they ever got out.

She looked up at Dimitri as he was pushed towards them. She held up her bandaged palm and smiled weakly.

'I always wanted a tattoo ..' she said, trying to lighten the mood but failing miserably when she burst into tears again, she still felt the pain and she was scared it would never go away.

A shout. A shout which he had never believed he could listen again. A shout which he never wanted to hear.
-Pocahontas!
Eric stirred, his view becoming blur again. The fever made him inconsistent, and this revelation augured no good.
Pocahontas. He couldn't belive it. She was stronger, faster, clever. No. Impossible.

Snow White smiled at the blonde woman, Cinderella who addressed her "My name is Snow White." She said, her voice shook but she tried to give her a brave smile. There was a scream from Pocahontas as she was branded and Snow White winced in sympathy. A few moments later, her own name was called and Snow White's feet shook as they led her to the man with the piercing eyes. She willed herself to look up at him and stare straight into his eyes even though her heart pounded like a frighened rabbit

Jasmine looked arround. She sighed.
Soo many people. Too many people..
She sat down on the ground hiding her head in her hands.
Enough.. Just get over with it...
She heard screams. The screams kept replaying in her head.

Pocahontas sat there, on her knees bent over. She lifted up the bandage, wincing at the pain. She saw the letter, 'W' she was a Worm..Of course she was, she got herself snatched up by this bastard, "Bastard.." She whispered to herself. She looked around trying to see through the tears, seeing Eric her eyes widened, "Eric.." She said loud enough for him to hear her..She shivered even more as the wound stung but, she kept her eyes on him..

She tried to smile back. "Snow White... What a lovely name..." She said, before her head raised when John called for Snow White.

She wanted to reach out and stop her, take her place instead. She looked so young, but so strong the way she walked up to John.

Snow White suddenly felt an overwhelming surge of sympathy, she wondered what it was that had caused this man to become a tortorer. "What happened to you?" she asked in a soft voice

They were to swear. Broken all ties. No never see again itself. More do not see again itself. Why was she there? She was always so careful...
His breath accelerated, violently. The head began to split, again. No... Impossible. All this was only a hallucination..

Pocahontas looked at him, his stare, his expression like he just seen a ghost. Her eyes stared at him, did he really think she was just a ghost? She looked down, bursting into tears again as the pain started up again.

"He's so disappointed in you..Worm!" a voice spoke to her...Though as always she ignored that voice. Not letting it come back to make her depressed.

Ooc: awww! I wanna rp with you! And, uff, i'm out with my family... Well, you can pretend that meg is sleeping for now, and, ylva, please, can you be so nice to let me as the last one and wait for me to' rp with me? Pleeeeeeeeease! "puppy eyes"

As she spoke to him his grin was quickly wiped off his face. For a second, his eyes locked with hers and he looked... scared.
The flames... he could see them... in her eyes...
He shook his head and filled with hatred he branded her with a W.
No one was to ask him that! It was none of their business! WHAT DID THEY ALL EVEN CARE?!
He pushed her away, harder than any of the others. So hard she fell to the floor by Dimitri's feet.
"Shut up!" he screamed after her.
"SINBAD! GET YOUR FUCKING ASS OVER HERE!" he screamed. He needed to relieve his stress and anger. And what better way than to torture Sinbad?

[OOC: No, he won't be washing and bandaging her wound... sorry... ]

The consciousness of Eric made round trips between frenzies and reality. His memories, of Pocahontas, Anya, Penny, Esmee... Everything returned by interval, cut by smells of burned skin.

[OOC: Sure Ludo ]

Pocahontas's eyes widened as he pushed the girl, looking at the Villain wanting to lash out at him but she stayed there. She got up walking to the girl helping her up, "Are you okay?" she asked her, not caring about her own wound...

He smiled at Odette weakly, before sitting down next to her. He was useless on his feet right now anyway.
''It'll be ok..' he murmered, still looking at his hand.

Sinbad looked at the Villain for a moment when he heard him screaming his name.
Was he really supposed to just walk over there and get branded?
"No, I don't want to," he said, with no indication of moving even an inch.

She let out a tiny yell at the way John yelled and branded Snow White.

He didn't clean it or bandage it... it's going to get infected! She thought, wanting to go to her, to help her.

When he yelled for Sinbad, she looked at Sinbad with wide eyes.

John hates Sinbad...

He really hates him...

The thought just dawned on her. All the times John kept putting Sinbad down when he didn't even "know" him... Then purposely showing her that Sinbad was cheating...

He really hates him...
