An Apple A Day Keeps the Docter Away...

What an awful, horrible, ugly sensation: she felt so humiliated, she was forced to take the pills as a dog!
And as a broken doll, she couldn't move: she tried to resist, to don't open her mouth, to don't swallow... but she just had to do it, and when the pills were finally swallowed she could do nothing but cough a couple of times

Sinbad tried his best to keep Meg's mouth open and help her swallow the pills.
When they finsihed Sinbad got a satisfied smile on his face. Now they just had to wait for the pills to take effect.
"How long will it take for the pills to work?"

Cinderella looked at the bottle. "About fifteen to twenty minutes. Pretty much like any other pills. It recommends she eats something, but I don't know if she really can."

"Go fuck yourself, i won't eat" she replied in an angrily and barely audible way as soon as she could stop to cough, but at least she could talk again... more or less...

Sinbad looked at Meg when she started talking again.
"Don't you want to feel better."
Then he looked at Cinderella.
"There's some bread in the other room," he said and nodded towards the door.
"Or maybe you brought something better?" he asked in a hopefilled tone.

Cinderella glared at her for a moment. Why are you being so stubborn? She thought, before dropping the glare and sighing. "You need to take a bite of something at least, or you'll be throwing up the pills and whatever else is in your system."

She looked up at Sinbad. "I brought some apples, actually." She said, getting up and grabbing on of the red apples that was left behind. She took it to the sink and washed it before kneeling back down to Megara and Sinbad.

She looked at SInbad, and then again at Cindy with a still angry full of hate and glacial glance. She didn't talk again: it was still too difficult, instead she closed her mouth. She didn't wanna eat, she could feel the nause grow just because of the pills and the water... but, expecially, when Cindy came back with the apple she close the mouth even tighter: no. Not the apple. Not HIS apple. Just no.

{OOC: Hey, I was told you didn't like Green... did I get the apples confused???}

Sinbad looked down at Meg. He could see how tight her mouth was closed.
"Uhm... should we force her to eat that as well?"
Why couldn't she just be a little more helpful.

ooc @Cindy: no, don't worry, she doesn't like those apples in general

{OOC: Dang it, John! You made everything more difficult.}

She clicked her tongue. "We might..." She said, before looking Megara straight in the eyes. "You have to eat. Either eat the apple or the bread. If you don't choose, we will. I'm not letting you make yourself suffer. So, I'm sorry, but choose." She said, her gaze steady and her voice calm.

When Sinbad proposed to force her to eat she tried to move away from him, but she was still too weak so she had to give up "Why are you so interested in me? If i were you, i couldn't wait for your death!" she whispered again to Cindy in a barely audible tone full of rage

When Sinbad heard Meg's question he looked up at Cinderella. He was actually quite curious about her answer.

"Well," She said, keeping her voice steady. "That is the difference between you and me. I am not you, you are not me. I can't stand seeing people in pain, especially when they are right in front of me. If I have a chance to help, I will." She said, before lifting up the apple in her hand.

"Now, then. Apple or bread?"

Dammit woman: that was the reason why she admired and hated her at the same time. She was the kind if person that she wished to be, and at the same time her presence remembered her that she wasn't. And remembered her that because of that John had thought to her just like a whore.
"I'll throw up..." she replied after a while in the same tone

- I wonder if she'd do the same for me.... he thought to himself as he kept looking at Cinderella.
"You have to eat. At least just a little," he said as he looked down at Meg.
"Maybe the bread would be easiest to get down? With some water maybe."

"...Can you not eat without throwing up?" She asked, the thought suddenly coming to her mind.

She glanced up at Sinbad before looking back at Megara.

"If i eat i'll throw up." she repeated to Cindy, ignoring deliberately Sinbad. His attitude was really pissing her off: how dare him? How dare them both? She wasn't 5 years old. If she didn't wanna be cured, why had she to be forced? She wanted someone else here with her... but it was an impossible dream...

"Maybe it'd just be better to get some rest, then," he said a bit unsure.
He had never tried to take care of anyone. There were always other people who took care of him. So he was pretty clueless about these kind of situations.

"If you can't eat, resting is all you can do... The cold floor isn't the best place, but it might help bring your fever down. Sinbad, can you carry her into the other room?" She asked, standing up. She grabbed a wash cloth and wet it. "When you lay her down, I think it would be best to cool her as much a possible."

She felt a bit relived for the fact that she hadn't to eat, but she didn't show it. Instead, she kept her angry expression, and didn't reply at Cindy's words. But, however, she was staring to feel a little better. Was it a good news? She neither knew the reply...

"Sure," he replied, before he moved Meg a little so he could lift her up.
She felt light. Lighter than usual at least. Maybe is was because the lack of food. The sickness. He didn't know.
It probably wasn't a good sign. But at least it made it easier to carry her.
When he arrived in the other room he put her down as gently as possible.
"You'll hopefully feel better when you have rested a bit," he said to Meg with a reassuring smile.

She knelt down beside Megara with the damp cloth in her hand. "You're not going to bite me if I try to wipe your face, will you?" She asked, in a light joking tone, with a small smile on her face. A little bit of color was coming back to the brunette's face.

That was a good sign.

She gave another furious glance to SInbad when he talked to her, and then she looked elsewhere without a reply: yes, she was feeling better, but for how much time? In a place like that, without even a bed, without a doctor, and expecially without the will to live...
When Cindy knelt down next to her, joking, she just looked angrily again at her: bite her? She wanted to do it, but she was still strenghtless, even if she was feeling better, and now she was also tired...

Sinbad could see in her eyes that she really didn't appreciate the help. She'd probably rather be left alone. To die. But he couldn't let her do that. He couldn't let her die. He wouldn't be able to let her die.
Sinbad looked at Meg's face as Cinderella wiped it.
He really wished they had something better to offer her.

She just smiled at the look Megara was giving her as she gently wiped her face. She was a strong and stubborn woman.

Extremely stubborn, mostly.

"...Thank you for helping, Sinbad." She said, quietly, wanting him to know that she greatly appreciated the help.

She remained in silence, even if now she could think just one thing: as soon as she'll have finished with her, will she come back to John? In his arms? In his bed? She wanted to ask it, but she didn't wanna know the answer, even if this was killing her inside... She just stailed at the ceiling, consumed by the doubt...

Sinbad looked surprised at Cinderella for a moment when she thanked him. Then he quickly looked away.
Why did she thank him? He was the one who should be thanking her. Not the other way around.
"Yeah, thank you for helping as well," he mumbled in a rather annoyed tone, still looking elsewhere.
Why did he say it like that? He actually did appreciate her help. Even if he wished he had gotten it from someone else. But without her Meg would have been even worse.

Btw is Cindy's hand still hurting? And can it be seen? Didn't she put a bandage on it or something? }

{OOC: Her left hand is broken and in a sling XD Tomorrow when we get branded, her other hand will be burning from the branding. And her foot has a bandage on it because she stepped on a snail XD}

She gave him a little smile, not really surprised by his tone. She stood up. "I'm going to go get a fresh cloth for her head." She said, before limping a little to the bathroom.

During the excitement, she had forgotten about her foot, now it was stinging a little from walking directly on it.

She found another wash cloth and wet it. She rung it out and limped back over to Meg. She folded the cloth as best as she could, which pretty much looked like a little child folded it.

Meg continued to not move, staring at the ceiling, consumed by questions and doubt, by images of John and Cindy together: how was it possible? How could she be reduced in this way? She was a whore, just a whore, only a whore, nothing more, she never was and she'll never be more that this, and she always knew it. How could she be so stupid to think that he could really love her back? How could she be so fool to love him for real? It was 1000 of times better the knife than this... it was better die... after all, she hadn't a reason to live for... she never had, but... once that she found one... and that now she lost it... the emptyness of her life seemed more and more horrible...

Now all there was to do was to wait for the pills to start working. And hopefully she'd feel better soon.
Though the sickness probably wasn't the biggest problem for her.
"The world is so unfair," he mumbled so low it was almost impossible to hear.

{ OOC: Should we pretend we go to the basement and gets branded now? And then continue afterwards? }

She glanced at him and nodded. The room was too quiet so it was easy to hear the tiniest of sounds. She jumped a little when she heard something by the door. She turned and looked to see a piece of folded paper had been slid under the door.

Uh-oh... She thought, before standing up and going over to it. She picked it up and read it over, gasping softly.

"Sinbad, you might want to take a look at this..." She said, shaking a little.

She was getting really tired, actually she was already almost sleeping, and when Cindy called Sinbad she didn't pay attention, still focused on her thoughts....

Oh, and, sorry guys, but today it will be a problem for me rp, because i'm spending a day with my family v.v uncles, cousins... so... well... i'll try to rp from the iphone, but i can't guarantee

Sinbad sighed and looked at Cinderella by the door.
"What now?" he said in a upgiven voice as he stood up and walked over to her.
Sinbad looked over Cinderella's shoulder and read the note.
"Oh my," he said chocked when he had read the note.
"He is such a psychopath."

She nodded, shaking. "Looks like I won't be able to use any of my hands for a while." She said, trying to put on a smile as if she was joking, but the smile was only for a split second.

She continued to stare at the ceiling for a while, almost sleeping, but when she listened SInbad and Cindy talking at last she couldn't help but ask in a low voice "What's going on?"

Sinbad walked over to Meg.
"Apparently we are going to get branded tomorrow. It'll be some sort of ranking."

Cinderella looked at the door. "Yeah..." She said, softly.

Why was this happening?

Branded? Meg frowned. What kind of sick game had it to be?
"Can i read?"
she asked in the same tired tone, raising slowly a hand
